The Sr. Oracle Developer/Analyst – Operations is responsible for identifying and documenting requirements, analyzing them from a business/functional perspective and developing solutions to meet the identified need. The Sr. Oracle Developer/Analyst is responsible for understanding the requirement and/or issue to be addressed, proposing, modeling, and designing a potential solution, reviewing this solution with his or her peers, business partners and stakeholders, configuring/developing or programming appropriate functionality within the Oracle solution suite and managing the testing process to assure the business requirement has been met.

| Requirements |
- Solid understanding and knowledge of the Consumer Goods industry or Food Distribution and best practices, technologies, business functions and processes;
- Solid understanding and knowledge of the Warehouse management and distribution;
- Extensive knowledge of Oracle ERP concepts, systems, software solutions and business modules;
- Hands on, demonstrable experience with Oracle R12.x, WMS, Mobile Supply Chain, Advanced Supply Chain Planning, OTM, and related API’s;
- Hands on, demonstrable experience developing Oracle R12 extensions, screens and forms; solid understanding of PLSQL, Oracle SQL Development, J2EE Programming/Development (specifically in working with MSC), Report Writer;
- Fluent in the appropriate tools and techniques for analyzing, reporting, forecasting and developing "what-if" analysis of business operations;
- Must have experience in performance optimization tuning and coding techniques;
- Understands project resources, priorities, and policies and applies this understanding to project activities;
- Establishes and maintains clear mechanisms to communicate project status and change with the project team to management;
- Must be able to effectively communicate resource needs and project issues with management to negotiate appropriate project resources;
- Approximately 5-7 years of experience supporting an Oracle E-Business Suite solution, with a focus on WMS, ASCP and Mobile Supply Chain;
- Utilizes industry recognized techniques for identifying, eliminating or mitigating solution, project, and business risk.

| Essential duties and responbilities include the following |
- Have a solid understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite Warehouse Management solution set;
- Be responsible for interacting with clients and requestors to analyze requirements, define, size, cost and configure/develop/program the proposed solution;
- Utilize Oracle EBS to support DPI Operations business processes including: warehouse (WMS), supply chain planning (ASCP), scheduling and freight logistics (OTM), RF (Mobile Supply Chain) models and work processes;
- Establish project task lists with start and completion dates;
- Develop new extensions or configure current modules as needed to address business issues;
- Research and provide solutions to issues reported by the user or other team members;
- Work cooperatively with other team members of IT staff;
- Provide assistance to other functional team members, leads, support team members and/or analysts as needed;
- Document technical and user procedures/processes;
- Thoroughly test configurations, business rules, extensions, enhancements/modifications and management of the migration process into the productive environment;
- Participate in and help drive the implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite;
- Tests systems, programs and reports, documents issues, resolves issues;
- Conduct periodic reviews with users and project business participants to show the latest system functionalities;
- Validate logical and effective user workflow integration;
- Utilize statistical skills/tools to analyze data and measure its quality; investigates gaps and discrepancies; develops and produces data analysis reports and studies;
- Participate in team building and development.
